In my opinin,you should attention with younger people by follow good way to punish her.Try to keep that toys away from her,so you can control to solve this problem at sime the time she will miss her toys.Then,give the girl small punishment like to make up the living room or to wash the house's windows.probably,she will accept that punishment and she will not take any things are not belong to her.If you follow my opinin it will be work with her.
